All purchases are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct item, package, or currency before completing checkout. ByAnyMeans RP is not responsible for incorrect purchases made by the customer.
Missing Your Items?
Some purchases may require manual delivery. If your items are not received automatically, please create a support ticket in our Discord and be available in-game to verify your purchase with a Head Admin or higher.
Please allow staff reasonable time to process and deliver your items.
Claim Policy
All purchases must be claimed within 30 days of the original transaction date. After 30 days, receipts and claims will no longer be considered valid.
Chargebacks
Any chargebacks or payment disputes filed against ByAnyMeans RP will result in a permanent blacklist from the server and all associated services.
